20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-79 years, sex ratio (male and female close to 1:1); 2. Patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes with high cardiovascular risk use or not use metformin oral hypoglycemic agents (OHAs).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Renal failure, estimated glomerular filtration rate = 45 ml/1.73m2 * min; 4. Active cancer; 5. Any uncontrolled endocrine disorder; 6. Active infection; 7. Other autoimmune diseases; 8. History of blood diseases; 9. Severe traumatic brain injury; 10. Taking nicotinic acid and nicotinic acid lipid-regulating drugs: including ezetimibe, acimox, probucol (including ezetimibe, acimox, probucol); 11. Unable to fully understand and/or implement the treatment and follow-up process of this study plan.
