Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients who plan to undergo hip surgery in our hospital from May 2022 to December 2022; 2. Age: 65-95 years; 3. ASAII-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Delirium has existed; 2. Those who have contraindications and allergies to any drug in the study; 3. Patients with lower limb nerve and muscle diseases; 4. It is difficult to cooperate with operators to complete the research process; 5. The puncture site is infected or the anatomical structure cannot be identified under ultrasound or the body surface positioning point cannot be determined; 6. Coagulation dysfunction. 7. Femoral fracture caused by metastatic cancer 8. Multiple trauma 9. Infection in injection area 10. Have severe cognitive impairment (MMSE score<18); 11. Have a history of Alzheimer's disease, stroke and mental illness; 12. Serious visual or hearing impairment; 13. Take analgesics other than non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs every day.
