Age
14 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 14 to 80 years old, male or female; 2. Sign the informed consent form; 3. Meet one or more of the following six main symptoms: 1) Mental and behavioral abnormalities or cognitive disorders; 2) Speech disorders; 3) Epilepsy; 4) Movement disorder/involuntary movement; 5) The level of consciousness decreased; 6) Autonomic nerve dysfunction or central hypoventilation. 4. Positive anti-NMDAR antibody.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection-related encephalitis (such as viral encephalitis, bacterial encephalitis, etc.); 2. Patients with epilepsy, stroke, brain injury and other brain diseases in the past; 3. Patients with other positive autoimmune or paraneoplastic antibodies of the nervous system (such as AMPA-1/- 2, CASPR2, LGI-1, GABAR, anti-Hu, anti-RI, anti-Yo, etc.); 4. During the follow-up period, encephalitis symptoms recurred (including restlessness, paranoia, irritability, hallucination and other encephalitis symptoms); 5. Failure to receive immunotherapy, death, and loss of follow-up after discharge; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
