Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-79 years male or female; 2.Thoracic surgery with one lung ventilation is planned; 3.ASA I-III; 4.The estimated time of mechanical ventilation = 2 hours, and the time of one lung ventilation = 1 hour.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index>35kg/m2; Previous lung surgery history; 2. Previous history of chest chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3. Severe obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease; 4. Bronchial infection or bronchopleural fistula; 5. Sleep apnea syndrome; 6. Severe hypertension and cardiovascular disease; 7. Liver or renal insufficiency or left ventricular insufficiency; 8. Arrhythmias affecting hemodynamic stability; 9. Known or expected airway difficulty or tracheotomy; Anemia (hemoglobin<100 g/L); 10. Peripheral blood oxygen saturation (SpO2)<94% when breathing indoor air; 11. Mechanical ventilation within 2 weeks before operation; 12. Pregnancy; 13. Refuse to participate or fail to cooperate in completing the study.
