Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is 18 to 45 years old; 2. The patients with lingual sulcus deformity of maxillary incisors have no history of caries and trauma of upper anterior teeth. The X-ray film shows low density shadow in the apical region, accompanied by clinical symptoms, and there is a lingual periodontal pocket caused by an isolated lingual sulcus deformity; 3. Good compliance, able to participate in the follow-up of 12 months after operation; 4. The whole body is in good condition; 5. The patient informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious systemic diseases (serious hypertension, myocardial infarction, uncontrolled diabetes, hemorrhagic disease, coagulation dysfunction and other blood system diseases, severe asthma, etc.); 2. Severe periodontitis, with extensive alveolar bone absorption in the affected teeth; 3. The tooth root is too short, the crown root ratio is out of balance, and the recovery is poor; 4. Affected teeth with root fracture, apical micro-cracks and root canal perforation; 5. The teeth with incomplete apical foramen; 6. Take drugs that may affect the soft tissue status (such as warfarin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) within one month before treatment; 7. During pregnancy, lactation or pregnancy preparation; 8. Those who cannot maintain oral hygiene after operation; 9. Not willing to participate in this study.
