Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: LSLE: 1. All patients met the classification criteria of SLE developed by EULAR/ACR in 2019, Among them,patients with lupus nephritis met the criteria set out in the 2019 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of lupus nephritis; 2. The age of the first onset is =50 years; 3. Female in menopause; 4. Not receiving exogenous sex hormone therapy; 5. Sign the informed consent form. ASLE: 1. All patients met the classification criteria of SLE developed by EULAR/ACR in 2019; 2. The age of the first onset is <50 years; 3. Not receiving exogenous sex hormone therapy; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with SLE caused by infection, malignancy, drugs, etc; 2. Patients with endocrine systems or other autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients with reproductive diseases.
