Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 or above; 2. Diabetic nephropathy; 3. Generally in good condition, have a good understanding of their own illness and physical condition, have self-awareness, can communicate with people well; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study, understand the significance of the study and the indicators to be measured, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe infection: fever, cough, phlegm, sore throat, abdominal pain, diarrhea, uncle furuncle and other skin and soft tissue infections, and routine blood white blood cell count exceeded the normal range (10×109/L); 2. Serious cardiovascular diseases, including chronic cardiac insufficiency of grade 3 or above and various heart rate disorders; 3. Infectious diseases: various hepatitis active stage, AIDS, syphilis, etc.; 4. Tumor evidence: certain tumor has been detected or clinical manifestations and tumor markers suggest the possibility of tumor; 5. The patient has severe cognitive impairment or is unwilling to participate; 6. The patient has neuromuscular disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and functional gastrointestinal disease
