Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-75 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed right colon cancer; 3. No distant metastasis; 4. There is no complicated intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation and other cases requiring emergency surgical resection; 5. No history of abdominal surgery; 6. No history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 7. The patient or family member can understand the research plan and is willing to participate in the study, and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent or heterochronous (within 5 years) malignant tumor, excluding carcinoma in situ; 2. It is necessary to remove the combined organs; 3. ASA4 or 5; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Serious mental illness; 6. Patients with heart, brain, lung and kidney insufficiency, abnormal coagulation function and other intolerance to surgery; 7. Continuous systemic steroid therapy; 8. Those who have a history of abdominal surgery that may affect the scope of intraoperative exposure or lymph node dissection; 9. People who are allergic to nano carbon and similar products; 10. Patients or family members cannot understand the conditions and objectives of this study; 11. The researcher believes that it is not suitable for the group.
