Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the 2015 NMOSD diagnostuc criteria; 2.Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent; 3.Be willing to comply with the regulations of relevant test schemes and come to review and carry out relevant inspections regularly as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vascular disease: ischemic optic neuropathy; 2. People with severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia); 3. Patients suffering from painful diseases, drug or alcohol dependence; Or patients with other serious cardiorespiratory diseases that may affect sleep, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease, etc; 4. Those who cannot complete the magnetic resonance examination (such as claustrophobia); 5. Poor compliance; 6. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score is greater than 20 (because depression will affect the score of neuropsychological measurement); 7. Have mental illness and can't carry out relevant examination as required; 8. There are color blindness and color discrimination obstacles; 9. Other serious physical diseases or serious abnormalities of liver and kidney function in laboratory examination, affecting follow-up; 10. Those who cannot complete the follow-up due to objective factors (economic factors and traffic factors); 11. There is a definite severe infection recently.
