Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Case group: Based on clinical symptoms, abdominal ultrasound, and liver biochemical examination, the diagnosis of gallstones; 2.Control group: Inpatients during the same period were diagnosed without cholecystolithiasis according to clinical symptoms, abdominal ultrasound, and liver biochemical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Common bile duct stones and intrahepatic bile duct stones; 2. Have endocrine and metabolic diseases; 3. Liver and kidney diseases, blood system diseases; 4. Hereditary diseases and occupational contacts; 5. Those who receive hormone drug treatment.
