Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old, male or female; 2. It was diagnosed as symptomatic multiple myeloma according to the IMWG diagnostic criteria for multiple myeloma in 2014, with an ECOG score of 0-3; 3. The expected survival period is = 3 months; 4. Heart, liver and kidney function: creatinine<2 times the upper normal limit (ULN); ALT (alanine aminotransferase) and AST (aspartate aminotransferase) < 2.5ULN; Total bilirubin < 2ULN; Cardiac ejection fraction (EF) = 50%; 5. Receive regular anti-multiple myeloma treatment; 6. Have sufficient understanding ability and sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of other tumors; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. People infected with HIV and HCV; Uncontrolled patients with HBV infection; 4. Patients with other autoimmune diseases; 5. Patients with poor compliance or mental disorders.
