Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Receive NPPV treatment for at least 4 hours every day; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study; 4. It is estimated that the treatment time of ventilator is more than 48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known respiratory infectious diseases; 2. Before being transferred to this nursing unit, the patient has been treated with non-invasive ventilator in other departments or hospitals due to the same disease; 3. Hospital-acquired infection confirmed before the use of non-invasive ventilator; 4. Immunodeficiency (including but not limited to malignant tumors, patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, and taking immunosuppressants); 5. Hypoalbuminemia; 6. Dysphagia; 7. History of gastroesophageal reflux; 8. History of aspiration; 9. Obesity; 10. Head and neck, chest or upper abdominal surgery history in recent 3 months; 11. This hospitalization has a history of ICU; 12. There is planned fiberoptic bronchoscopy or thoracoscopy in this hospital.
