Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hypertension inpatients in the department of cardiovascular Medicine of our hospital were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2018 revised edition); 2.Patients who have smartphones and can use wechat; 3.Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Illiterate, poor understanding ability or mental disorder; 2. People with hearing or vision impairment or mobility inconvenience; 3. Those with serious complications such as heart, brain, liver and kidney; Patients with secondary hypertension or malignant hypertension; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with follow-up or whose residence is uncertain.
