18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mother-to-be: (1) Aged >=18 years ; (2) Primipara; (3) 12-20 weeks of pregnancy; (4) Single pregnancy; (5) No communication barriers; (6) Junior high school education or above; (7) Currently not receiving psychological intervention, or in the waiting group of other psychological intervention; (8) Able to use the small program of this study on the Wechat; (9) Those who have had regular check-ups at the hospital and have decided to give birth there; (10) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 2. Father-to-be: (1) No communication barriers; (2) Junior high school or above education level; (3) No psychological intervention at present, or in the waiting group of other psychological intervention; (4) Able to use the small program of this study on the Wechat; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV infection or hepatitis C infection; 2. People with suicidal ideation; 3. Serious mental diseases (such as schizophrenia) or physical diseases (such as tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases); 4. Immunosuppressive disease, or treatment with cytokines or immunosuppressants in the past 6 months; 5. Major gastrointestinal surgery (other than cholecystectomy and appendectomy) in the past 5 years; 6. Drug abuse or dependence; 7. Have mindfulness practice experience.
