Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic basis of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps: Diagnostic criteria of European Opinion on Diagnosis and Treatment of Sinusitis and Nasal polyps (EPOS) in 2020; 2. The patient underwent endoscopic bilateral sinus surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who lack baseline blood routine examination of nasal polyp tissue specimens, nasal endoscopy and sinus CT examination; 2. Use systemic glucocorticoids within 4 weeks before blood routine examination; 3. Aged <16 years; 4. The patient has a history of atopic dermatitis, food allergy or parasitic infection; 5. Patients with fungal sinusitis, cystic fibrosis, gastroesophageal reflux, or malignant sinus tumors.
