18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with persistent vegetative state; 2. Proposed spinal cord electrical stimulation; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. BMI 18-25Kg/m^2; 5. No sevoflurane anesthesia for 90 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to sevoflurane; 2. Respiratory tract infection; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 4. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 5. Family history of malignant hyperthermia.
