Group 1:14 units of oxytocin +0.9% sodium chloride 20ml was administered intravenously at a rate of 0.23U/ min
Group 2:8 units of oxytocin +0.9% sodium chloride 20ml was administered intravenously at a rate of 0.3U/ min
Group 3:22 units of oxytocin +0.9% sodium chloride 20ml was administered intravenously at a rate of 0.37U/ min
Group 4:Oxytocin 26 units +0.9% sodium chloride 20ml were injected intravenously at a rate of 0.43U/ min

20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with body mass index >=30; 2. Single pregnancy aged 20 to 35 years; 3. Gestational age >=37 weeks; 4. Elective cesarean section should be performed if there are indications for cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major obstetric diseases (including severe pregnancy-induced hypertension or severe preeclampsia); 2. Previous hysteromyoma resection; 3. Known allergy to oxytocin; 4. Risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage (complete placenta previa, placental abruption, multiple pregnancy, hyperamniotic fluid, abnormal coagulation function, acute prenatal bleeding, etc.).
