Group N:Equal volume normal saline was injected intravenously during anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with oblique inguinal hernia undergoing internal circumferential suture; 2. Aged 1-7 years; 3. BMI 12-20; 4. ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to esketamine hydrochloride injection; 2. Preoperative liver and kidney dysfunction or heart disease; 3. Symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection within 1 week before surgery; 4. Children with neurological diseases; 5. The operation time is less than 40min.
