Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for BP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other immune diseases who used hormones or immunosuppressants before specimen collection. 2. There was a history of active tuberculosis within 1 year prior to screening. 3. Patients with active and uncontrolled viral infections or bacterial, viral, parasitic or fungal infections with any clinical symptoms at the time of screening need treatment. 4. Patients who had a history of mental illness or genetic history of mental illness or had epilepsy and used antipsychotic sedatives. 5. Patients with serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive tract, nerve, skin and other diseases or malignant tumors. 6. Other skin diseases affecting the evaluation of test results at the time of screening. 7. Within 4 weeks prior to screening, there was a history of drug use or drug abuse or frequent (> 3 times/week) use of sedatives, sleeping pills, tranquilizers and other addictive drugs. 8. Patients with a history of myocardial infarction, heart failure, unstable angina pectoris or existing life-threatening arrhythmia within the first 4 weeks of randomization. 9. Blood loss >=400ml within 4 weeks before screening (including trauma, blood collection and blood donation).
