Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years and <90 years; ASA ? - ?; 2. No gender limit; 3. Patients with breast surgery, laparoscopic cholecystectomy or day surgery, patients with gastrointestinal tumor, kidney tumor resection or spinal surgery, observation patients, special patients with non-cardiac surgery or asthenia; 4. Before the test, understand the nature, significance, possible benefits, possible inconvenience and potential dangers of the test in detail, understand the research procedure and sign the informed consent in person voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients and those who have a birth plan within 3 months; 2. Patients with obvious respiratory and circulatory dysfunction, abnormal blood routine and blood biochemical indexes before surgery; 3. Patients with severe neuropsychiatric diseases; 4. Taking benzodiazepines or opioids within 1 month; 5. Allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opiates, propofol, flumazenil and other drugs and their components; 6. The patients considered unsuitable for this study by the investigator.
