Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for healthy control group: healthy subjects without anemia and splenomegaly. 2. Inclusion criteria for the anemia control group: hemorrhagic anemia caused by gastrointestinal bleeding or other reasons, and no splenomegaly, clinically excluded patients with hypersplenism. 3. Inclusion criteria for splenomegaly control group: patients with splenomegaly, but no anemia or other conditions that exclude hypersplenism clinically. 4. Inclusion criteria for the experimental group: patients with significantly reduced pan blood cells and splenomegaly, clinically diagnosed with hypersplenism.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The diagnosis of hypersplenism or other conditions that are not suitable for SPECT examination is not considered clinically.
