20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged <=40 years; 2. All patients received hysteroscopic adhesion-separation (TCRA) by the same experienced surgeon; 3. All patients were diagnosed with IUA based on 3D transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy; 4. In the following 2 years after TCRA, patients desire spontaneous pregnancy and try to conceive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who breastfeed; 2. With serious systemic diseases of women, such as uncontrolled hypertension and heart disease, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, and immune disorders; 3. With female risk factors affecting reproductive outcomes, such as obesity, gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension; 4. Infertility caused by female fallopian tube or male factors may require assisted reproductive technology; 5. Amenorrhea, thyroid dysfunction or endometrial tuberculosis in women due to neuroendocrine disorders; 6. With endometrial polyps, uterine submucosal fibroids or other types of uterine fibroids (diameter >=3cm).
