Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have been removed from the invasive ventilator for 24 hours but retained the tracheostomy tube; 2. The primary disease is in a stable phase; 3. Patients and their families have the willingness to decannulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is serious dysfunction of vital organs; 2. Can not tolerate cuff leak; 3. Upper airway obstruction or stenosis; 4. Severe vocal cord paresis affects airflow.
