Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 4-14 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV functional constipation; 3. Eliminate constipation caused by food allergy (such as milk, eggs and other foods); 4. Can persist in participating in the experiment interviewees; 5. Children >4 years of age meet two or more of the following diagnostic criteria for Rome IV functional constipation, and do not meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome, and symptoms occur at least once a week for more than 2 months: (1) No more than 2 bowel movements per week; (2) Fecal incontinence at least once a week; (3) Have a history of fecal retention or have a posture related to fecal retention; (4) Difficult or painful defecation; (5) Large fecal mass in the rectum; (6) The excrement is so thick that it clogs the sewer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign informed consent; 2. Recently taking motor promoting drugs, anticholinergic drugs or dopaminergic drugs; 3. History of abdominal surgery; 4. Diabetes or other metabolic diseases; 5. Patients with liver and gallbladder diseases; 6. Allergy to equipment components; 7. Patients who refuse to take stool and blood samples.
