Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New cases confirmed by histopathology; 2. The age of initial diagnosis is 1-18 years old (cases under 1 year old are rare, and the drug dose should be adjusted accordingly); 3. The organ function of the children meets the requirements of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. The child and guardian agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. NK cell leukemia and precursor NK cell tumor; 2. Patients with other basic diseases with organ dysfunction not caused by this disease; 3. Those who have received other chemotherapy regimens; 4. The guardian of the child is unwilling to accept the treatment of this scheme.
