Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with the diagnosis of T2DM and mild cognitive impairment; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. Right-handed; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain dysfunction caused by neuropsychiatric disorders,alcohol or drug abuse; 2. Combined with serious primary diseases such as diseases in cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. TMS treatment contraindications: pacemaker or cochlear implants, implant device (such as a deep brain stimulator, cereperitoneal shunt) or metal in the brain (such as aneurysm clip); 4. Unable to complete the evaluation, such as serious aphasia, audio-visual disorders, illiteracy, etc.; 5. Taking cognitive-related drugs and participating in other similar research programs.
