Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients eligible for ALPPS surgery; 3. The Child - Pugh class a or b of liver function; 4. The preoperative pathological puncture type was hepatocellular carcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. History of major abdominal surgery; 3. Requirements for multiple organ resection (additional surgical resection of surrounding solid organs); 4. Simultaneous resection of other parts of the liver, such as caudate hepatectomy; 5. Preoperative chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
