Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Clinically relevant depressive symptoms were negative (Geriatric Depression Scale-15 (GDS-15) screening score =1 point by 5 items FRAIL Debilitation Scale); 4. The total score of the screening test of low subjective supporters (five items of ENRICHD Social Support Inventory-5, ESSI-5) is not more than 18 points and at least two items are not more than 3 points; 5. Able to communicate normally; 6. Volunteer for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with cognitive impairment were screened by SPMSQ (Simple Mental State Questionnaire); 2. Patients with a history of depression; 3. Participate in other intervention studies.
