Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-100 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients with papulopustular rosacea confirmed by clinical manifestations; The control group was healthy subjects undergoing plastic surgery; 3. Those who voluntarily participated in the case-control study and signed the informed consent form; 4. Patients with non-scar constitution, that is, those who do not form scars after trauma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients or those who have fertility requirements within one year; 2. Patients with depression or other mental illness; 3. Patients with other acne diseases; 4. Coagulation system disorders affecting patients undergoing surgical resection; 5. Patients with liver or kidney insufficiency or other visceral diseases; 6. Patients who have received medical treatment; 7. Patients refused to undergo tissue resection.
