Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. ASA grade I~III; 3. Elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Predict difficult airway; 2. BMI >30kg/m^2; 3. Previous asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome within 1 month before surgery; 4. Severe liver or kidney disease; 5. Complicated with neuromuscular diseases, recent use of drugs that affect the duration and intensity of neuromuscular block drugs; 6. Hypercalcemia, hyperkalemia, hyperhypomagnesemia; 7. History of malignant hyperthermia; 8. Neostigmine, atropine and calcium were contraindicated; 9. Electrolyte and metabolic balance disorders; 10. Intraoperative blood transfusion; 11. Hypoproteinemia or presence of endocrine diseases.
