Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 patients with lacunar infarction complicated with moderate and severe leukoaraiosis, namely moderate and severe ischemic leukoaraiosis (LA group), will be included; 2. 20 patients with lacunar infarction with mild leukoaraiosis, namely mild LA group, will be included; 3. 20 patients with simple lacunar infarction (LI group) will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Great artery occlusion stroke; 2. Severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and kidney; 3. Psychological disorder or claustrophobia; 4. Contraindications of head magnetic resonance imaging; 5. The patient did not consent to the observational study.
