Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged > 18 years; 2. First-time stroke patients; 3. Acute and subacute stage of stroke (within 1 to 4 weeks after onset); 4. Vital signs are stable; 5. Patients with normal cognitive function with Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score > 26; 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Don't have smart phone or can't use mobile APP function; 2. Unwilling to install and use rehabilitation apps on mobile phones; 3. Patients with poor compliance; 4. Participate in similar intervention studies; 5. Patients with previous severe diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system or malignant tumors.
