Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The consent form is signed by the legally authorized client of the patient; 2. The gender and age of patients are not limited; 3. For patients hospitalized in our hospital with primary diseases, clinicians judged that lumbar puncture, lumbar cisterna drainage or external ventricle drainage should be performed on patients for clinical cerebrospinal fluid detection during routine diagnosis and treatment, thus providing basis for clinical disease diagnosis, evaluation and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject explicitly refuses to participate in the study; 2. Subjects considered unsuitable for the study by the researcher; 3. Subjects who are unable to undergo lumbar puncture, lumbar cisterna drainage or external ventricle drainage for clinical cerebrospinal fluid testing as determined by clinicians; 4. Subjects with concurrent pulmonary infection, blood-borne infection, abdominal infection and other systemic infections.
