18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 14 natural teeth in the whole mouth; 2. The number of molars >= 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking history or long-term alcoholism; 2. Female pregnancy or lactation period; 3. Receive periodontal treatment within 6 months; 4. Take any antibiotic within 3 months before the test; 5. Suffering from systemic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, respiratory diseases, malignant tumors, liver or renal insufficiency and other systemic diseases); 6. Unable to sign informed consent; 7. Oral local radiation therapy (such as head and neck therapy).
