Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing lumbar fusion surgery in prone position; 2. Aged >=55 years, gender is not restricted; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5-28kg/m^2; 4. Preoperative (Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score >23; 5. ASA grade I-III; 6. Have no language barrier or communication barrier and have a junior high school degree or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lung infection, chronic lung disease or other serious lung complications; 2. Patients with severe anemia, hypoproteinemia and electrolyte disturbance before operation; 3. Patients with severe heart, brain and kidney diseases and patients with nerve injury affecting preoperative breathing; 4. Patients with severe diabetes mellitus; 5. Patients with a history of pulmonary surgery; 6. Patients who refused to participate in the study.
