Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the MCI group: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for MCI proposed by Petersen et al., including: 1) Cognitive impairment reported by the patient, reported by an insider, or discovered by a doctor; 2) The objective test shows cognitive impairment that does not match the age and education level (after correcting the education level, MoCA-B demarcation score: illiteracy and primary school = 60 years old, right-handed, primary school or above; (3) No self-reported vision, hearing and hand dysfunction; (4) Clear consciousness; (5) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this research; 2. Inclusion criteria for Alzheimer's disease group: (1) Diagnosed by a psychiatrist according to the following criteria: 1) Provide the main complaint of memory impairment according to the patient himself and the insider; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV); 3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Society of Psychiatry, Language Impairment, and Stroke-Alzheimer's Disease and Related Diseases (NINCDS-ADRDA); (2) Patients aged >= 60 years old, right-handed, with primary school education or above and meeting AD diagnostic criteria (according to education level MMSE demarcation score: illiteracy = 60 years old, right-handed, primary school or above; (2) No complaint of memory impairment; (3) No self-reported vision, hearing and hand dysfunction; (4) Clear consciousness; (5) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has long-term drinking, severe head trauma and other conditions that affect the central nervous system; 2. Patients with medical diseases affecting advanced central nervous system functions such as anemia, thyroid disease, folic acid or vitamin B12 deficiency; 3. Patients who have suffered from stroke, severe liver, heart, kidney, lung and other organ diseases and diabetes; 4. Suffering from mental illness, such as severe schizophrenia, depression, etc., or patients taking antipsychotic drugs for a long time.
