18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who voluntarily participated in the research and signed the written informed consent; 2. Age >= 18 years and <= 65 years when signing the informed consent form; 3. Laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer under general anesthesia is planned; 4. American society of anesthesiologists (American society of fanesthesiologists, ASA) grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received surgical treatment within the past 30 days; 2. The skin condition is not suitable for tissue oxygen saturation monitoring; 3. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and vascular diseases before operation; 4. Long-term drinking, long-term use of sedative drugs or antidepressants and other psychotropic drugs; 5. Nervous system or mental disease before operation; 6. Taking other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials within 3 months before being selected into the study; 7. Other conditions that the researchers think should not be included in this trial.
