Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for healthy people; 3. Age between 30-80 years old, male or female; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent; 5. Those who meet conditions 1, 3, and 4 are included in the coronary heart disease group; those who meet conditions 2, 3, and 4 are included in the normal control group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, and severe arrhythmia; 2. Severe neurosis, menopausal syndrome, hyperthyroidism, cervical spondylosis, biliary heart disease, and chest pain caused by gastroesophageal reflux; 3. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications; 4. Poorly controlled hypertension, SBP >= 180 mmHg, DBP >= 120 mmHg; 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Acute infection within two weeks, fever or recent use of anti-inflammatory drugs; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Severe allergic diseases, autoimmune diseases, severe systemic malnutrition, malignant tumors, mental diseases; 9. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent.
