Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with portal hypertension who received minimally invasive hepatectomy in each center within a continuous period of time and patients with non-portal hypertension who underwent minimally invasive hepatectomy within the corresponding period; 2. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma; 3. Minimally invasive liver resection includes hand-assisted laparoscopy, robotic laparoscopy and simple laparoscopic surgery; 4. The surgery date is before November 31, 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of other malignant tumors; 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
