Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At the same time meet the diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence in DSM-V of the fifth edition of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and ICD-10 of the International Classification of Diseases Tenth Edition, and have been diagnosed by a third-level physician after ward rounds; 2. Male, aged between 18-60; 3. Right-handed, have at least 6 years of education, and the intelligence is within the normal range as assessed by the competent physician; 4. Has stopped drinking alcohol for more than 2 weeks, and is currently not using benzodiazepines and sedative drugs; 5. No history of other psychoactive substance use (except smoking).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a family history of psychotic symptoms or mental disorders; 2. Have a history of dependence on other psychoactive substances (except smoking); 3. Can not tolerate magnetic resonance examination; 4. Subjects with a translation > 3 mm or a rotation > 3°during the fMRI examination of the head; 5. There is a history of traumatic brain injury or coma in the past.
