60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old, living in designated communities for a long time; 2. Tilburg score >= 4 points; 3. No cognitive and communication barriers; 4. Those who have no musculoskeletal disease or severe physical impairment; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants during hospitalization; 2. Those who with serious audio-visual impairment; 3. Participate in other research; 4. Participants themselves or their guardians (primary caregivers) refuse to join; 5. Those who with mental illness, any type of cognitive impairment and dementia; 6. Combined with any progressive, degenerative neurological diseases and serious disease complications or in the acute stage of chronic diseases.
