Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3-70 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Those who meet at least two of the following symptoms: defecation <= 3 times per week, defecation is dry ball feces or hard feces, defecation feels strained, defecation is not complete, and defecation is blocked; 3. No intestinal organic disease; 4. Not taking drugs that can cause constipation within 2 weeks, not using prokinetic drugs, probiotics, and osmotic laxatives; 5. Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used other probiotic drugs for treatment within 3 months before enrollment; 2. Those with gastrointestinal organic diseases; 3. Severe endocrine and metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases; 4. Severe heart, liver, kidney and other organic diseases; 5. Received any type of antibiotic treatment within 6 weeks; 6. Those who have a history of drug or psychotropic substance abuse and cannot quit or have mental disorders; 7. Participated in other clinical trials within three months.
