Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of VMC patients with heart failure met the criteria for adult viral myocarditis set by Zhenjiang Conference in 1999, and the cardiac function classification was grade II-IV with LVEF < 50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient had cognitive impairment, unstable thrombus or hemorrhage, open trauma to the lung, and recent new fracture affecting exercise program execution.
