Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 75 years old; 2. Definitely diagnosed as hypertension; 3. There are repeated and traceable case records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not willing to participate in the research; 2. Patients with discontinuous follow-up; 3. Severe weakness, or combined with end-stage renal disease, severe liver damage, malignant heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, severe sepsis and other diseases.
