75 Years to 103 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 75 years old; 2. Definitely diagnosed as ASCVD; 3. Taking statin drugs for at least one year; 4. There are repeated and traceable hospitalization records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe weakness and long-term bed rest; 2. Fasting blood glucose greater than or equal to 300 mg/dL; 3. Serum thyrotropin level is higher than 6 mIU/L or lower than 0.4 mIU/L; 4. There are malignant tumors and cognitive impairment at baseline; 5. Malignant heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, severe sepsis; 6. End-stage renal disease, severe liver damage; 7. Patients with discontinuous follow-up.
