18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. The early GVHD prevention program after transplantation includes cyclosporine + mycophenolate mofetil; 4. Inability to eat normally and other factors that may affect the absorption of posaconazole oral suspension.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing umbilical cord blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 2. Patients allergic to posaconazole; 3. Pregnancy/breastfeeding; 4. History of drug abuse, alcohol dependence and mental illness; 5. Liver function: ALT/AST higher than the upper limit of normal value, total bilirubin higher than the upper limit of normal value; 6. Renal creatinine level is higher than 97umol/L; 7. Have used other antifungal drugs for treatment within 72 hours before enrollment; 8. Active peptic ulcer.
