Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.COPD group: Patients enrolled met the diagnostic criteria established by the 2022 Global Initiative on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD). That is, any patient with chronic cough or sputum, dyspnea, a history of repeated lower respiratory tract infections, and/or a history of exposure to risk factors, and whose pulmonary function tests show that the ratio of forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC) in the first second after bronchodilator inhalation is 50 mmHg was the baseline value for the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, bronchial asthma, lung cancer and other respiratory diseases; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction and other diseases that affect the metabolism of HIF-1a and CCN1; 3. Pulmonary hypertension caused by other causes: such as idiopathic, hereditary, connective tissue-related, thrombosis-related, left heart disease-related, and pulmonary hypertension of unknown cause; 4. Those who cannot cooperate and/or have incomplete information.
