Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Any gender, aged >= 18 years, duration of disease >= 3 months; 2. Good compliance; 3. Patients with tinnitus as one of the main symptoms, possibly accompanied by vertigo, hearing loss, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia; 4. Patients who voluntarily signed informed consent; 6. Patients with residual hearing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tinnitus caused by organic pathology such as auditory neuroma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, diverticulum of the ethmoid sinus, etc.; 2. Any other sensory tinnitus; 3. Severe liver, kidney or heart disease; 4. Patients with poor cooperation, such as elderly patients with reduced mobility, severe psychiatric patients, etc.; 5. Missing clinical data; 6. Complete hearing loss; 7. Allergies to iodophor or lidocaine; 8. Auditory hypersensitivity.
