Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of stroke in China Cerebrovascular Disease Classification 2015, and is diagnosed as cerebellar hemorrhage or infarction by head CT or MRI imaging examination; 2. All cases were the first onset, and the course of disease was less than 6 months; 3. The condition is stable, there is no progressive disease, the consciousness is clear, and there is no speech disorder; 4. The clinical manifestations have the characteristics of typical ataxia disorder; 5. Cooperate with the treatment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organ disease or lung infection; 2. Severe respiratory dysfunction; 3. The condition is unstable or the disease is in advanced stage; 4. Suffering from malignant tumors or severe orthopedic diseases; 5. Those who have severe mental retardation or disturbance of consciousness and are unable to cooperate to complete the training.
