Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed genetic bone diseases and their blood-related family members; 2. Patients who require surgical removal of part of skeletal muscle and skin tissue due to diagnostic needs (such as fractures, deformity correction, etc.); 3. Age and gender are not limited; 4. Obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unconscious and unable to communicate clearly.
